Annual survey of MPs and staff
We are asking for a few minutes to give us your feedback on our service over the past year. Since IPSA was created, we have carried out an annual survey of MPs and staff so we know what we're doing right, and more importantly, what we can improve.
It’s been another challenging year but we’ve been working hard to make meaningful improvements to our service; offering more support, information and guidance than before. We’ve provided additional resources, increased the availability and knowledge of our people to better handle your queries, and have continued to develop the information website and IPSA Online.
We know we can do more and better to deliver our vision to provide an exemplary, seamless regulatory service to enable you to focus on what really matters. And we will.
I know how busy you all are but I would really appreciate around 10 minutes of your time to share your experience of working with IPSA over the past 12 months; what we’ve got right, what’s important to you and what else we could do to improve.
